C Bazaar Shop specializes in meticulously crafted South Asian and fusion wear, including but not limited to: A Line Lehengas, Bandhgala Suits, Anarkali Suits, Achkan & Angrakha Sherwanis, Chaniya Choli, Blouses, and complementary Accessories.

3.2 Product Representation

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to monitor settings, artisanal craftsmanship, and fabric nature. The essence of our heirloom embroidery and unique designs is captured, but absolute precision in digital representation cannot be guaranteed.

3.3 Availability and Customization

All items are subject to availability. Customized or Made-to-Order garments (e.g., bespoke Blouses, personalized Sherwanis) are crafted specifically for you and, due to their intimate nature, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as detailed in our Returns Policy.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order confirmation. Your payment information is encrypted and handled by our secure payment gateways.

4.4 Order Processing and Shipping

• Processing: Orders are processed with care within 1-2 business days before shipment.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Regions: We serve most global regions but exclude some remote areas and Asia, as per our current service map. Delivery estimates may vary based on location and customs processing.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Key points include:

• Eligibility Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags and certificates attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: All Accessories (Anklets, Bangles, etc.), Customized/Made-to-Order garments, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
• Process: Contact [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and approving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of C Bazaar Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The distinctive designs of our Bandhgala Suits, Chipkan Sherwanis, and other garments are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

C Bazaar Shop, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Delays or disruptions in delivery due to factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues, natural disasters).

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
