Non-Returnable Items

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days (matching our order processing dedication). Upon approval, we will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable and insured service (e.g., DHL, FedEx) for your protection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect the item(s) (within 5-7 business days), we will notify you via email regarding the status.

  • For Returns: Your refund will be processed as outlined below.
  • For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item promptly. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We offer free standard shipping on the exchanged item to the original destination.
